Does Conveyly replace a lawyer or paralegal review?
No. Conveyly is a pre-submission tool designed to catch common errors before documents reach the Alberta Land Titles Office. It does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for review by a qualified practitioner.
Which document types are supported?
Transfer of Land packages and Mortgage packages are currently supported, including all standard supporting affidavits and Dower forms. See our Supported Documents page for the full list.
Is billing monthly?
Yes — billing is month-to-month with no long-term contract required.
How is my data handled?
Documents uploaded to Conveyly are processed in real time and are not stored or used to train AI models. Conveyly is built on Anthropic's Claude API.
