Conveyly is designed with data security and client confidentiality at its core — from the moment a document is uploaded to the moment results are returned.
Our Commitment
Your documents are never used to train AI models.
Documents submitted to Conveyly are processed in real time for validation purposes only. Anthropic's API usage policy confirms that data submitted via the API is not used to train underlying models — your clients' confidential information remains confidential.
Encrypted in Transit
All documents are transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections.
Not Stored
Documents are processed in real time and are not retained after analysis.
Not Used for Training
Documents submitted via the API are never used to train AI models.
How Your Documents Are Handled
What happens to a document from the moment it is uploaded
Upload
Your document is transmitted directly to Conveyly's servers over a TLS-encrypted HTTPS connection. It is never sent over an unencrypted channel.
Analysis
The document is passed to Anthropic's Claude API for real-time analysis. This processing occurs in memory only — no copy of your document is written to disk or retained in a database at any point during or after analysis.
Results
Validation results are returned to your browser and displayed immediately. Once your session ends, no record of the document or its contents is retained on Conveyly's servers.
Deletion
Documents are not stored, indexed, or logged. There is no persistent record of what was uploaded, who uploaded it, or what the document contained.
Powered by Anthropic's Claude API
Conveyly is built on Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's API usage policy confirms that documents submitted via the API are not used to train AI models. Your clients' documents remain confidential. For more information, see Anthropic's Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Encryption & Infrastructure
How Conveyly protects data in transit
TLS Encryption
All communication between your browser and Conveyly's servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). This is the same standard used by banks and financial institutions.
Hosted on Vercel
Conveyly is deployed on Vercel's enterprise-grade infrastructure, which provides automatic HTTPS enforcement, DDoS protection, and global edge network security.
Common Questions
Questions managing partners and office administrators typically ask
Can anyone at Conveyly access the documents I upload?
No. Documents are passed directly to Anthropic's Claude API for processing and are not stored or logged on Conveyly's servers. There is no mechanism by which Conveyly staff could access a document after it has been processed.
Are my clients' names and details visible to anyone outside my firm?
No. Documents are processed in real time and discarded immediately after analysis. No record of the document's contents — including client names, legal descriptions, or any other identifying information — is retained.
Does Conveyly use my documents to improve its AI?
No. Anthropic's API usage policy prohibits the use of API-submitted documents for model training. Your documents are used solely to generate the validation results you see on screen.
Where are documents processed?
Documents are processed via Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's infrastructure is based in the United States. Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not retained after processing.
Is Conveyly suitable for documents containing solicitor-client privileged information?
Conveyly is designed to handle sensitive legal documents with confidentiality in mind — no storage, no logging, and no model training on your data. That said, each firm should make its own determination about what documents are appropriate to process through any third-party tool, consistent with its obligations to clients and the Law Society of Alberta.
