Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Conveyly ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our pre-submission document validation service at conveyly.ca (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Conveyly does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the Service. The only information processed by the Service is the PDF documents you upload for validation. These documents are processed in real time and are not retained after analysis is complete. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information as part of the validation process.
2. How Documents Are Processed
Documents uploaded to Conveyly are transmitted over encrypted connections to our servers, where they are passed to Anthropic's Claude API for real-time analysis. Documents are processed in memory only and are not written to disk, stored in a database, or retained after the validation session ends. Once your session ends, no record of the document or its contents is retained on Conveyly's servers.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
Conveyly uses the following third-party services to operate the Service:

Anthropic — Conveyly uses Anthropic's Claude API to perform document analysis. Anthropic's API usage policy prohibits the use of API-submitted data for model training. Documents submitted via the API are not used to train Anthropic's AI models. For more information, see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Vercel — Conveyly is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel provides automatic HTTPS enforcement and enterprise-grade security. For more information, see Vercel's Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Conveyly does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools. The Service may use essential session cookies required for basic functionality only.
5. Data Security
All data transmitted to and from the Service is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). We take reasonable technical measures to protect documents during processing. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by legal professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Contact
